Suren Kahouaty

Suren Kahouaty is Sandbrook’s Controller. Prior to joining Sandbrook, Suren was a Managing Director at FTI Consulting, advising companies on complex accounting and financial reporting matters, including transaction-related accounting (IPO readiness, carve-outs, purchase accounting, and finance integration) and U.S. GAAP/IFRS conversions.

Previously, Suren was a Partner at Deloitte in the Global Capital Markets Group, supporting CFO organizations on capital markets transactions, SEC reporting and pro forma financial statements, and the implementation of new accounting standards. He earned a B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College, City University of New York, and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
