Sarah Kent

Sarah is an avid inquirer and is passionate about contributing where she can best serve others and the wider eco system of community and nature. Prior to joining Sandbrook, she worked at Ara Partners from 2021 – 2024 as an Operating Partner where she focused on working with individuals and teams to assist in creating the relationships, culture and organisation so that the business could thrive.

For over a decade Sarah was as CEO of Kentech, an energy services company and during her tenure at Kentech, the company evolved from being a family owned business with an annual revenue of circa. $10 million,  operating in a few countries to an organisation with a Private Equity owner and 4,000 people across 19 countries. Kentech’s reputation was that it was a place where employees were valued as humans that could evolve and grow together. This resulted in the successful growth of the company and established a strong culture and platform, so that it has continued to thrive to become the multi billion organisation that it is today.

She holds an Honours Electrical Engineering Degree from UCD, Ireland and spent the early part of her career working in the electronic payments and software industry with American Express, RSA Security and Keycorp. Sarah lives in Argentiere, France with her husband, Colum and their 3 kids.
