Dianna Aprile

Dianna is the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining Sandbrook, she was the Chief Compliance Officer at Riverstone, an energy-focused private equity firm, for over fifteen years.  Prior to Riverstone, Dianna was an attorney at Vinson & Elkins, LLP, a global law firm with a focus on the energy sector.

Dianna earned a B.A. from Middlebury College and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.  She is licensed to practice law in New York and Texas.
