Prior to joining Sandbrook, Geet was a Senior Associate at OGCI Climate Investments, a leading growth-focused investment firm dedicated to supporting low-carbon solutions. At OGCI, Geet supported the execution of transactions in the transportation and energy services sector, including Andium, Boston Metal, XL Fleet, and Qnergy.
Previously, Geet was an investment professional at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) where he supported the execution of principal transactions in the global power sector and guided energy sector strategy. Geet primarily focused on platform investments in Latin America and SE Asia, and supported the acquisition of Duke Energy International. Additionally, Geet assisted in the development of the World Bank’s Power Sector Strategy and the deployment of IFC’s GHG impact measurement and monitoring framework across a portfolio of energy investments.
Geet was also an investment banking analyst at Marathon Capital, where he focused on transacting in the renewable energy sector in North America.
Geet earned a BA in Economics from Emory University, as well as an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a recipient of the Catharine D. Sharpe Fellowship.
